We have placed a refund for a customer, the refund status is Pending/Suspended and we cannot download the confirmation. How long does it take to process the refund after the order is issued?
The refund may have the following status (out of four available statuses):
- Pending – for a new refund that has not been ordered yet;
- Suspended – the refund has been transferred for execution and we’re waiting for the confirmation on the correct execution of the refund (change to complete status may take up to 2 hours);
- Confirmed (complete) – confirmation of correct refund execution;
- Rejected – refund execution was not possible and the funds were sent back to the account.
