How can I attach documents in Przelewy24 panel?

In the email received from Przelewy24 (sent from mailservice@przelewy24.pl) you’ll find a link redirecting to the location where you will be able to supplement the required information and documents (individual link with authorisation token in domain verify.przelewy24.pl).

In Przelewy24 panel, elements to be filled in (text data, e.g. identity document number and/or files, e.g. scan of ID, company documents) are marked with an orange frame.

In the Documents section, each document required will have its dedicated location in the file.

Once all the fields are filled in and saved, click the "Submit the changes for verification” button placed in the top-right corner.

The button will remain inactive until ALL the required fields are filled in.
