I’ve already attached / sent the account registration documents, why am I still asked to supplement them?

The dispatch of the documents does not conclude the registration process. The next step is the verification that we carry out. This is performed in accordance with the order in which the documents are sent in. Only after an employee of Przelewy24 finishes the process do we deactivate the call for documentation.
