My account is blocked because my details are out of date. How can I unblock it?

The validity of identity documents as well as other documents related to the business conducted constitutes a legal requirement and is stated in our terms and conditions of service. If the documents are invalid, we are obligated to prevent our Partner from using our service by blocking their account.

We ask them to send in valid documents and once the documents are verified, we will be able to unblock the account.
