Depending on the type of business activity, we require the following documents:
Sole proprietorship:
- a scan of ID of the company owner
Civil law partnership:
- scans of IDs of all the partners + PEP statements
- civil law partnership agreement
Limited liability company:
- scans of IDs of company representatives
- scans of PEP statements of ultimate beneficial owners
- additional registration documents of supervising companies if another company is evidenced as a shareholder in the National Court Register
Limited partnership:
- scans of IDs of company representatives
- scans of PEP statements of ultimate beneficial owners
- deed of limited partnership
- additional registration documents of supervising companies if another company is evidenced as a shareholder in the National Court Register
- verification transfer
Limited – joint-stock partnership:
- scans of IDs of company representatives
- scans of PEP statements of ultimate beneficial owners
- excerpt from the register of shareholders
- additional registration documents of supervising companies if another company is evidenced as a shareholder in the National Court Register or in the share register

Joint-stock company:
