When will I get the refund?

The refund is effected the same way as the payment. Check if the refund is already visible on your account (the one from which the transaction was made). Banks not always send refund reception notifications.

Bank transfer, BLIK
If the transaction was paid by bank transfer or Blik, the funds will be back on your account up to 3 working days.

Payment card
Refunds to payment cards are effected within time limits set by the payment card operator and may take from 7 up to 30 calendar days.

Postal order
Refunds by postal order to the residence address are made by Poczta Polska within 14 days.

Offshore accounts
Refunds to offshore account may be made within 5 working days.
