In order to check if the seller has received the payment, check transaction status. For that purpose, click the link provided in the email message on the commencement of the transaction or on our website.
The status COMPLETE means that the funds have been received by the seller.
In case the status is different, check if your bank account has been debited. If so, send us the transaction confirmation in the PDF format by the contact form.
