Can I pay by traditional transfer or make a payment at the post office?

Traditional transfers are dedicated to buyers who are not able to pay online. If you have an Internet account, we encourage you to select fast online transfer, BLIK or credit/debit card payment. In order to make a fast transfer select the logo of your bank while proceeding to payment.

If you’re unable to pay online, select traditional transfer from the list of payment methods at the stage of order finalisation. Once this option is selected, the transfer details and our bank account numbers will be displayed. It is possible to download a filled-in payment template. If you want to pay at the bank or the post office, the template should be printed.

Very important! While making a payment at the bank or post office counter ,make sure the clerk has entered the correct p24 transaction number in the transfer title field. Unless the transfer title is correct, we may not be able to transfer it further to the recipient.

The payments are usually credited on our account on the next working day.
