Complaints

You may file a complaint if you have objections to the payment services regarding unauthorised, failed or incorrectly performed transactions or payment services.

Complaints relating to the completion of orders should be filed directly at the seller. All the information regarding complaints is also available on our website https://www.przelewy24.pl/en/complaints

Note that a complaint on payments found to be unauthorised, failed or incorrectly performed should include at least the following: Payment number, amount of Payment, Payment title, first name and surname of bank account (payment card) holder, date of Payment as well as (provided the person filing the complaint has this knowledge) the account number and name of the bank from which the Payer’s Payment was directed (in case of card payments – card name or details of the Payer’s other provider; in case of SMS payments – telephone number or details of the Payer’s other provider), email address provided in the payment order, as well as the reason for filing a complaint, the specification of entities participating in the transaction and a detailed description of the incident subject to the complaint. Complaints regarding other irregularities relating to the functioning of the Service should include at least the following: User or Merchant details as well as the description of the irregularities.
