If the transaction status is other than COMPLETE, proceed in accordance with the information displayed below the transaction status.
The email address is provided to us from the web service which receives payment for products / services. You receive a message on the transaction because this email address was used to set up an account with the service/product provider.
In the first place, check the payment recipient name provided in the email you received and verify if the funds from your bank account were indeed collected. If your account was debited, ask the account co-owner/authorised user if they made the payment.
In case neither you nor any other authorised account users ordered the payment, the case must immediately be reported to the bank, law enforcement agencies and us (use the contact form).
If, on the other hand, the funds were not collected from your account, there is no need to worry. The person making the transaction must have made a mistake in their email address, which is why you received the notification. In this case, ignore the message.
