The Retail Challenge Poland conference in Warsaw has come to an end. Przelewy24, together with Polskie ePłatności (part of Nexi Group), actively participated in discussions on the future of commerce, the role of AI, and the transformation of the shopping cart.
During the two-day event, retail industry experts analyzed the challenges facing the retail market in the coming years.
Key agenda highlights featuring our participation:
-
The future of commerce and technology: During the panel “Retail 2027: Where to Build a Competitive Advantage Today”, Łukasz Turczyński, Chief Commercial Officer at P24 and PeP, shared his insights. Together with the other panelists, he discussed profitability, hyper-personalization, AI tools, and the integration of e-commerce and brick-and-mortar retail processes.
-
Payments as a driver of sales: During the morning networking session, Dorota Bachman, Director of Go-to-Market, Brand & Communication at PeP & P24, moderated a discussion on how customer journeys are evolving and why seamless, flexible payment methods are now a key driver of conversion rather than merely the final step in a transaction.
Our experts Natalia Wieczorek, Filip Nowaczyk, Piotr Woliński, Agata Radniecka, Michał Kubacki, Karolina Niklas, Artur Piecha, and Miłosz Antczak were also present, exchanging insights with representatives of leading retail brands.
