Among the innovations we have prepared, the "Help” section deserves particular attention, as it has been thoroughly rebuilt. Thanks to a completely new search engine and a convenient division of the most frequently asked questions into three categories: "Buyer", "Seller", "Technical support", you will easily find comprehensive answers.
- The main goal was to make it easier to find interesting content. From now on, everyone can find answers to their questions, check the transaction status themselves and download the confirmation of its completion – Iga Fuchs, Product Design Manager at Przelewy24 explains.
In each of the main categories, the questions are divided into subject areas to facilitate navigation. For example, after clicking on "Seller", the user can choose, among others, "Starting the cooperation", "Refunds" or "Payouts".

How does the Help content search engine work?
At the very top of the Help center you will find the "Type something ..." bar. Just enter a keyword, e.g. "Reports", and the page will show all the questions and answers containing this phrase.
The list of issues in the Help section is based on the questions most frequently asked by merchants and customers of online stores. There is also a contact form and a helpline in the Help center.
