The API key is not working, what shall I do?

Go to Przelewy24, „My data” tab > „API data and configuration” section, “IP address” field.

Enter your server’s static IP address and, next, click “Save” (at the bottom of the page).

(currently there’s still a note) Important: Przelewy24’s ready modules work without the API key.

If, however, you want to use the API key, perform the following:

1. Save Przelewy24 payment module settings without the API key
2. Once the settings are saved, a field for entering the API key will be displayed.
3. In the “IP address” field, below the “API key” field, enter your server’s static IP address and, next, click “Save”
