"P24NOW – Family Stories" Przelewy24 new campaign


Przelewy24 presents "P24NOW – family stories": a campaign dedicated to the new payment method.

Przelewy24, in cooperation with Santander Consumer Bank, introduced a new payment method – P24NOW in March 2021. Today, Przelewy24 invites us to meet Ola and Tomek and their families in the P24NOW campaign.

The campaign has been available on the Internet since April 6 and on selected TV stations since April 19.

The protagonists are a couple – Ola and Tomek and their families. In five commercials, we will see short stories of planned and unplanned purchases, and how our protagonists easily, safely and without any stress use the P24NOW payment method.

P24NOW is a generally available "three-in-one" payment method – a revolving limit up to PLN 10,000, payment deferred up to 54 days and favourable instalments. We wanted the commercials to show how easy and safe it is to use this payment method and to emphasize that it is the customer who decides and chooses a convenient payment method, which is one of the product benefits – says Jacek Kinecki, Przelewy24’s CCO.

In addition to Ola and Tomek, in the campaign, we also see their parents. This shows that P24NOW is a payment method intended for a wide target group. The purchases made by the protagonists include clothes, electronics, cosmetics, jewellery, household appliances, and even language courses. This shows that P24NOW works well in many industries.

The commercials were inspired by the aesthetics of Wes Anderson's films – bold colors, slightly exaggerated scenery, a combination of image and animation, and expressive characters. The communication method is also noteworthy – we’ve decided to use a catchy rhyme, which describes the product in an accessible way and resonates in each commercial, emphasizing what is most important in the product – the ease of use and choice of the payment method – says Magdalena Grablewska, Przelewy24’s Marketing Manager.

OldBoys & FreshMilk, a Krakow-based agency, which won the project in a competition, is responsible for the creative concept and campaign implementation.

The agency is also responsible for planning and purchasing the P24NOW internet campaign.
