We invite you to read the report entitled „Omnicommerce. Kupuję wygodnie 2022” (“Omnicommerce. I buy conveniently 2022”), partnered by Przelewy24. The publication was prepared by the Chamber of Digital Economy and Mobile Institute and comprises up-to-date information on buyer preferences in the context of multichannel shopping.
This is already the 7th edition of the report. This year’s novelty is a chapter on deferred payments. There is considerable awareness of the existence of this solution among Internet users. More than a half of the Internet users and 71% of online buyers surveyed declare that they know what deferred payments are. Crucially, this solution is most widely known to consumers aged 25-44, who constitute the most active group of e-commerce clients.
Here are some most interesting data:
- 87% of the consumers surveyed buy online;
- fast transfer (33%) and BLIK (21%) remain the most frequently selected methods in omnicommerce;
- 2/3 of consumers consider it important that the brand be available online and offline;
- 38% of online customers have already tried deferred payments.
