We would like to inform you that as of April 1, 2026, the position of CFO in both Nexi Group companies in Poland – Przelewy24 and Polskie ePłatności – has been assumed by Zuzanna Hotiuk.

Extensive expertise and new challenges

As CFO, Zuzanna Hotiuk will lead the key operational areas of both organizations. Her responsibilities will include managing:

  • Accounting and Treasury,
  • Controlling,
  • Settlements,
  • Administration and Procurement.

Additionally, during the transition period, Zuzanna will oversee the Governance & Compliance Division, ensuring process continuity and the highest security standards during the transformation.

Experience that shapes the future

Zuzanna Hotiuk is a leader with over 15 years of experience in the financial sector. She has been associated with the Nexi Group and Polskie ePłatności since March 2024, and since the beginning of 2026 she has also served as a Member of the Management Board of Przelewy24. Her professional path is a model example of combining business growth with the development of modern e-commerce services.

She has gained her extensive experience in renowned institutions such as Oney Polska, Smartney, and Ingenico. She owes her strong professional foundation not only to market practice but also to international education – she holds an Executive MBA from Oxford Saïd and EDHEC Business School and possesses the prestigious ACCA certificate.

The appointment of Zuzanna Hotiuk to the position comes with a change in the role previously held by Michał Hull.
