On 30 and 31 May, XI Cashless Congress, organised by the Foundation for the Development of Non-Cash Payments, is about to take place. Katarzyna Sikorska, Business Relations Director at Przelewy 24, will be on the discussion panel entitled “E-commerce – how to improve consumer experience in this dynamically developing sector of our market”.

The discussion will touch upon the following topics (among others):

  • Everywhere commerce as the standard of service of current consumers
  • Building the advantage of e-commerce over the commerce conducted using the traditional channels
  • Current challenges for the e-commerce sector
  • Click to pay as a way to improve customers’ purchase experience
