This year, we’re combining celebration with real support for the well-being of our female employees.
On the occasion of International Women’s Day, we extend our warmest wishes to all Ladies: unceasing satisfaction from taking on challenges, courage in pursuing your own goals, and many reasons to smile – not only on this special day.
“An Hour for You” – time worth its weight in gold
At P24, we believe that the balance between professional and personal life is the key to creativity and satisfaction. That’s why, on this year’s occasion, we’ve prepared a special gift for all women in our organization: an additional paid hour off work.
On Monday, March 9th, each of the Ladies can decide how to use this time: whether it’s a slower morning with a cup of coffee, an afternoon walk, a workout, or simply a moment to catch your breath in the daily rush. It’s a symbolic thank-you for the commitment and passion they bring to the team every day.
A contest with a special prize
Celebrating at P24 is also an opportunity to build relationships and mutual inspiration. As part of the celebration, we have announced a photo contest for our female employees.
The task is simple: show your way of celebrating Women’s Day and creatively using the gifted “Hour for You.”
The winners will be invited to a shared dinner with members of the Management Board – Żaklina Pawlak-Iwińska and Zuzanna Hotiuk. It’s a unique opportunity to exchange experiences, talk about women’s leadership, and discuss development plans in a relaxed, inspiring atmosphere.
