The Women in e-Business Foundation is now accepting applications for the next, sixth edition of the prestigious TOP Women in e-Business 2026 program. It is one of the largest educational projects in Poland that comprehensively supports women in acquiring digital skills, mental development, and provides real business assistance.

The application deadline is January 18, 2026, and participation in the program is completely free of charge. The initiative enjoys tremendous popularity every year – over 4,000 women have applied across five editions so far. 1,000 of them have completed the course with a certificate, and 95% of graduates confirm that the program contributed to a significant professional or personal transformation. This edition offers 250 free spots. The six-month course, including online workshops and lectures, will begin in February 2026.

AI and E-commerce – The Key to Online Success

The program seamlessly integrates technological knowledge, practical aspects of e-business, and the mental development crucial for success. In the sixth edition, special emphasis is placed on modules dedicated to artificial intelligence (AI) tools that help build and scale businesses.

More and more women, regardless of age, are actively creating their own brands, online stores, and communities on the internet. Foundation studies, such as the report "Seniors in the Digital World 2025", show that digital awareness is growing – 58% of Seniors aged 65+ shop online (an increase of 7% compared to 2023).

The e-commerce market in Poland is very dynamic. The course provides participants with up-to-date knowledge, not only about running an online store, but also about competing for customers in a competitive environment. New digital skills, enhanced by AI modules, are fundamental for new entrepreneurs. They enable the implementation of modern solutions, reducing costs and increasing profitability.

Graduates of the Foundation’s program are more likely to undertake their own business initiatives – launching stores, creating microservice enterprises, or joining the e-commerce ecosystem as freelancers. These actions not only support the job market but also strengthen local communities.
