In connection with information appearing in the public domain suggesting that Mr. Piotr Kurczewski – the sole shareholder of DC24 Alternatywna Spółka Inwestycyjna sp. z o.o. (“DC24”) – has an influence over P24 Dotcard sp. z o.o. (“P24”) due to DC24's shareholding in P24, we state that this information is untrue.
Since July 2021, the sole shareholder of P24 has been Nets Denmark A/S.
Since that time, Mr. Piotr Kurczewski, DC24, and Ms. Anna Szymańska-Piper (former member of the supervisory board) have had no influence on the P24 group.
Nets Denmark A/S is awaiting the registration court to update the Polish National Court Register (KRS) to reflect the correct state of share ownership in P24.
