Since 1 December, the toll for some sections of motorways in Poland can be paid using the Spark app, created thanks to the cooperation of Platforma Detalistów and Przelewy24.

Spark allows you to purchase an e-TOLL ticket without tracking your location. Before the planned trip, confirm the route in the application and pay for it. That's all – the application does not have to run in the background, unlike other solutions available on the market. There is also no need to top up your account in advance. You can also use Spark to buy a ride for someone else (e.g. an elderly person).

- Once again, we propose a solution in Poland that is one step ahead of all other solutions available on the market, in cooperation with Spark. After successful implementation of e-receipts, we have now created a functionality that allows drivers to register in the Spark application with a one-time card addition in the Przelewy24 system and to receive an electronic ticket with a few clicks. Without location tracking or risking a fine – says Jacek Kinecki, Przelewy24 CCO.

It is worth knowing that if plans change, it is possible to return the ticket before its validity period begins. Spark also allows for "emergency" purchase of a ticket with a retrospective date (up to 5 days). The ticket comes in the electronic form and can be used in accounting as the basis for inclusion in the costs of business activity.

Spark has been available to users of iOS devices since 1 December and for Anroid users - since 10 December.
