Polskie ePłatności (PeP), a strategic partner of Przelewy24, has received the title of Financial Brand of the Year 2026 awarded by Gazeta Finansowa – in the Payments category. This is a distinction for a company that has been consistently building payment infrastructure for Polish commerce for 16 years and today – together with Przelewy24 – is creating one of the largest payment ecosystems in Poland.

What is the Financial Brand of the Year?

The Financial Brand of the Year is one of the most prestigious distinctions on the Polish financial market, organized by Gazeta Finansowa – a nationwide newspaper specializing in economic and business topics, which for years has been an important source of information for entrepreneurs, managers, and investors. The competition's jury evaluates brands in terms of market position, quality of offered products and services, and their real contribution to the transformation of the financial sector in Poland.

Why did PeP receive the award?

The jury appreciated PeP’s 16 years of consistent presence on the Polish market, its network of over 284,000 payment terminals, and the trust of entrepreneurs from all over Poland. Together with Przelewy24, the company is responsible for 30% of cashless payments in the country, processing up to 11 million transactions daily. The distinction also recognizes the development of an omnichannel ecosystem – including the ONEcommerce solution, which integrates the PeP terminal with the Przelewy24 gateway in one package – as well as a wide range of services for entrepreneurs:

  • development financing,
  • loyalty programs and installment payments,
  • invoicing and transaction processing.

PeP and Przelewy24 in the European context

Operating within the Nexi Group – the European leader in digital payments present in over 25 countries – PeP and Przelewy24 provide Polish entrepreneurs not only with modern terminal infrastructure and a payment gateway but also with access to technological standards used across European markets. The Financial Brand of the Year award confirms that this cooperation brings results – and that together, both companies are effectively supporting the development of a cashless economy and the transformation of Polish commerce.
