We are pleased to announce that the consolidation process of PayPro S.A. and eCard S.A. has been completed. As of 27th December 2024, all transaction processing is being carried out by PayPro S.A., marking the culmination of the integration process for both entities. This merger is the result of a carefully planned strategy within the P24 Dotcard capital group. The key stages of the process included: 7th November 2024: Agreement and preparation of the merger plan 10th December 2024: Adoption of merger resolutions by the General Meetings of both companies 27th December 2024: Finalisation of the legal process and commencement of joint operational activities The merger was executed by transferring all assets of eCard S.A. to PayPro S.A. As a result, P24 Dotcard Sp. z o.o. (Ltd.) has become the sole direct shareholder of the combined entity. We are confident that this merger opens a new, highly significant chapter in the history of the Polish electronic payments sector, bringing benefits to both our customers and the entire e-commerce market.
