Przelewy24 is a partner of the sixth edition of the report "Omni-commerce. Kupuję wygodnie", prepared by the Chamber of Electronic Economy. The latest report has been enhanced with an extended chapter on digital payments.

84% of Polish internet users already buy online. Compared to the previous edition of the survey in June 2020, the number of buyers increased by 12 pp. What is more, 86% of participants use the Internet anyway to carry out various shopping-related activities, including looking for inspiration, reviews and information about products, searching for store locations and promotions.

The changes also apply to preferred payment methods. More often than in previous years, online store users chose fast transfer (35%) or BLIK (30%) rather than payment on delivery. This change was likely brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Magdalena Grablewska, Przelewy24 Marketing Manager, provided commentary on the data contained in the report.
