The main theme of the 12th edition of the 'E-commerce ranking by Opineo' is the image of the e-commerce industry after the pandemic. Przelewy24 has become the Strategic Partner of this publication.
The ranking is based on the opinions of consumers collected throughout the year, who evaluate: the speed of order fulfillment, the level of customer service, the quality of packaging of the parcel, and declare whether they would recommend a given e-commerce to their friends. The stores are divided into 16 categories: Pet products, Office, Construction and renovation, For children, Home and interior, Electronics, Books, Automotive, Clothing and Shoes, Garden, Sports, Health and beauty, Watches and jewelry, Food, Debuts and Featured by Opineo.
The publication also included comments from e-commerce industry experts, including the article by Jacek Kinecki, CCO Przelewy24 "How to fully use the potential of online payments?".
