Jacek Kinecki, previously a member of the board, took over as the Chief Executive Officer of PayPro S.A. (the owner of Przelewy24 brand), thus replacing Piotr Kurczewski, the founder of the company. The present composition of the management board of PayPro also includes Michał Bzowy – deputy CEO and Michał Hull – the member of the board.
Over the past decade, Jacek Kinecki has gained experience in the sector of payments, working at different managerial positions – recently as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and member of the board in the companies of P24Dotcard group, where he has been shaping and stimulating the growth of PayPro’s portfolio. He has been connected with the e-commerce and IT sector for a long time. His long-standing commitment to the development of Przelewy24 web service has contributed to the overall success of the brand and its leading position on the market of payment operators.
As the CEO of PayPro S.A., Jacek Kinecki will be responsible for setting directions for the strategic development of the company, maintaining dynamic growth, as well as assuring stability and continuous provision of top quality services for business partners.
