Nexi Group is implementing strategic changes in the management boards of Polskie ePlatnosci Sp. z o.o. (PeP) and PayPro S.A. (Przelewy24). Starting from January 2026, experienced business leaders are joining these boards, strengthening the synergy between the leading players in Poland's cashless payments sector. The decisions highlight the importance of consolidating payment services by integrating the competencies of Polskie ePlatnosci (the leading provider of offline solutions) with Przelewy24 (the leading provider of online transactional solutions).
In PayPro S.A., which manages the Przelewy24 platform, Maciej Nowosielski assumes the position of President of the Management Board. He is currently the President of the Management Board of PeP and was previously the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PayPro. Zuzanna Hotiuk, who previously served as CFO at PeP, becomes the new Member of the Management Board. Changes are also taking place at Polskie ePlatnosci Sp. z o.o., where Michal Hull joins the management board as the new CFO (previously the President of PayPro – Przelewy24).
By combining the experience and competencies of both companies, Nexi Group strengthens its leadership position in Poland's cashless payments sector and offers entrepreneurs independence, security, and innovative solutions.
“Taking on the role of President of the Management Board of PayPro is a special distinction for me and a reason to work even more intensively with the Przelewy24 team” said Maciej Nowosielski. “The market is changing very dynamically. It is no secret that leveraging the potential behind both companies gives us even greater opportunities to develop the business of our clients and ourselves. The Polskie ePlatnosci Group, which includes Polskie ePlatnosci Sp. z o.o., Centrum Rozliczen Elektronicznych Polskie ePlatnosci S.A., and Billbird S.A., is the largest retail payments operator in the country in terms of generated revenue. Meanwhile, Przelewy24 is the largest e-commerce payments operator, serving over 60,000 merchant accounts, which clearly confirms the leading position of Nexi Group entities in Poland.”
Maciej Nowosielski, President of the Management Board of PayPro S.A., is an experienced leader with over 25 years in strategic and operational management. He has been associated with Polskie ePlatnosci since May 2017, initially as Commercial Director, then as Vice President of the Management Board from January 2020, and as President of the Management Board since February 2022. Under his leadership, the company achieved a leading position in cashless payments, expanding its product portfolio and terminal network to over 270,000 devices.
In 2025, PeP and Przelewy24, as part of Nexi Group, confirmed their leadership position on the Polish market through continuous and dynamic development. Polskie ePlatnosci joined the Nexi Group (then Nets) in 2020, and Przelewy24 in 2019. Following the merger of Nets with Nexi in 2021, both companies became the Polish pillars of the group operating in 25 European countries, supporting the development of omnichannel services and the group's international expansion.
