With a huge dose of inspiration, we returned from the event “Parity is not enough, or how to practically develop the potential of women in the organization”, organized by Mastercard. It was an incredibly eye-opening meeting that prompted us to reflect more deeply on the role of women in business and the challenges we face.

The very title of the conference gave us food for thought – parity is just the beginning of a fascinating journey towards fully utilizing the potential that lies within women in our organizations. The discussions that took place during the event revealed many aspects that we, as Przelewy24, want to explore and implement in our daily practice.

The speeches of exceptional women who shared their wisdom and experience made a huge impression on us:

  • Jolanta Kwaśniewska, former First Lady of the Republic of Poland, whose valuable insights and life experience were incredibly inspiring.
  • Marta Zycinska, MBA, General Manager of the Polish branch of Mastercard Europe, who exuded professionalism and inspired with her vision.
  • Dr Ewa Rumińska-Zimny, who, in a substantive conversation with Mastercard's Communications Director Anna Marciniak, brought a wealth of knowledge and perspective.
  • Zuzanna Krzątała, who led the entire conference with incredible energy, smile, and professionalism. Zuza, thank you – it was a real pleasure to listen to you.

We would also like to sincerely thank the speakers who led inspiring and full of practical knowledge workshops (roundtables): Kamila Malanowicz, Marta Majchrzak, Wiktoria Nowak, Aleksandra Harper-Wałęsa, Agata Gebhardt, Marta Niedzwiecka, Sandra Frydrysiak, PhD. Your insights and experience were invaluable.

Thank you, Mastercard, for organizing such an important and inspiring event! It was an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences, establish valuable contacts, and broaden our horizons in terms of building an organization that fully utilizes the potential of all its employees. We return full of new energy and ideas.
