May is Melanoma Awareness Month – a skin cancer whose early detection is crucial for successful treatment. At Przelewy24, caring for the well-being of our employees, we decided to actively participate in this nationwide campaign.
Oncological prevention day at Przelewy24
On this occasion, we organized a special day dedicated to oncological prevention at our company. Employees had the opportunity to take advantage of **free dermatological consultations** and perform **dermoscopy of skin moles**.
What is dermoscopy?
Dermoscopy is a professional and painless examination that allows for a detailed assessment of skin changes. Thanks to a special device – a dermatoscope – a dermatologist can view moles in magnification and assess their structure for features characteristic of melanoma and other skin cancers. This is a quick and effective method for early detection of potentially dangerous changes.
Interest and engagement
The interest in the campaign exceeded our expectations, which is proof of the growing awareness of the importance of prevention and health care. We are pleased that our employees are actively involved in pro-health activities, seeing their value not only in their private lives but also in the context of the workplace.
