Completion of PayPro S.A. and eCard S.A. Consolidation

The consolidation of PayPro S.A. and eCard S.A. has been completed – as of 27 December 2024, all transaction processing is carried out by PayPro S.A. The final stage saw the completion of the legal process of merging both entities.

The integration of PayPro S.A. and eCard S.A. began earlier within the P24 Dotcard capital group. On 7 November 2024, a merger plan was agreed upon and prepared, covering formal issues related to the consolidation process. Since then, work has been ongoing to finalise the merger. The aim of the integration was to simplify company management and reduce operational costs. On 10th December 2024, the General Meetings of PayPro S.A. and eCard S.A. adopted resolutions on the merger of the companies.

The merger was carried out by transferring all assets of eCard S.A. to PayPro S.A. as the acquiring company. As a result of the merger, P24 Dotcard Sp. z o.o. (Ltd.) became the sole direct shareholder of the combined entity.
