PayPro SA, the owner of the Przelewy24 platform, announces a change in the position of President of the Management Board (CEO). Michał Hull, who previously served as the Company's CFO, will become its new CEO. Jacek Kinecki, the current CEO of PayPro, is resigning from his position.

Michał Hull, who is assuming the role of CEO, is an accomplished executive with more than 13 years of experience in the fintech and e-commerce industry. In the past, he held key roles in international financial services companies, focusing on finance, business strategy development, and market expansion. His experience and vision for the development of PayPro SA and the Przelewy24 platform will be crucial to the company's further growth and to the strengthening of its position in Poland and Europe.

Also joining the Company's Management Board is Żaklina Pawlak-Iwińska, HR Director for the CSEE region at Nexi, and Vice President at Polskie ePłatności,

Michał Hull and Żaklina Pawlak-Iwińska will form the Company’s Management Board together with Michał Bzowy, its CIO and Vice President, who has been involved in the Company’s operations and dynamic development for the past 20 years.

Jacek Kinecki has been associated with PayPro SA for more than 15 years, and has served as its CEO since 2022. Under his leadership, the company successfully developed its services, strengthening its position as the largest operator in the digital payments sector in Poland and implementing innovative technological solutions.
