The electronic banking services of Deutsche Bank Polska and Santander Bank Polska will be temporarily unavailable

Please be advised of the following in view of the merger of the demerged part of Deutsche Bank Polska and Santander Bank Polska on 9 November 2018:

9 November 2018

external transfers introduced and authorised in db easyNET or db powerNET on the day after 3 p.m. will be registered on the following working day, and will be automatically moved to Santander Bank Polska.

10-11 November 2018

Deutsche Bank Polska electronic banking systems (db easyNET and db powerNET) and Santander Bank Polska (Santander online, Mini Firma, Moja Firma Plus, iBiznes24) will be unavailable. Santander mobile application will be unavailable until 8 p.m. on Sunday.

12 November 2018

db easyNET and db powerNET functionalities will be switched off. The systems will only be used for transferring your electronic banking services to Santander Bank Polska. Once the services are launched in the new system, and after the first log in you will be able to place orders (e.g. to make a transfer).
