Rules of making payments in the PRZELEWY24 system

1. The service PRZELEWY24 is owned by the DialCom24 company, Nagórskiego 3 Street, 60-408 Poznań. The phone number (610 847-52-64 , fax number (61) 847-08-38 , www.przelewy24.pl , e-mail: serwis@przelewy24.pl.

All the PRZELEWY24 system’s accounts are owned by this partnership. In case of complains contact the people named above or dial the given phone number.

2. The PRZELEWY24 service is an internet service dealing with money transfer between a seller and a buyer. This service makes different forms of realizing payments accessible to clients, takes clients payments on its account, affirms effecting the payment to the seller and transmits these payments onto seller’s account.

3. Each payment initialized in the PRZELEWY24 service is given a number and a password to the service. A client should keep this number in case of a complaint or a payment by a prepayment.

4. Each payment is put onto one of the accounts of DIALCOM24 company and is intended for the transaction whom the number was given as the title of payment. In case when the number of transaction given as the title of transfer is incorrect DIALCOM 24 is not responsible for the purpose on which the money is sent.

5. A client has 15 minutes to make a payment. During this time the service waits for the affirmation of the payment. When the service gets the affirmation of the payment, it informs the client and Seller’s shop about a correctly made payment.

6. If the PRZELEWY24 system doesn’t get the affirmation of the payment within 15 minutes, it informs a client that the waiting time is over, and when a client backs to a seller’s shop, the information about incorrect payment is sent.

7. The affirmation of the payment in the PRZELEWY24 SYSTEM is guaranteed for

a) Payments by a cash card or electronic wallet - this payment methods operators servers

b) Other payments by our own control programs of the account’s history

8. Prepayments

a) A client can create a prepayment in the service before the buying. For this purpose he had to take a password and a transmission’s number of this payment shown by the service
and then pay a proper sum of money in any way on the service’s account and inscribe the transaction number as a theme.

b) The service can create a prepayment automatically from a payment made by a client, if an affirmation didn’t reach the service after the time of waiting. Then a client can use this prepayment to pay for merchandise. If a prepayment is not created within two hours since the beginning of the payment in the service, a client has to intervene.

c) When the payment is created you can check at www.przelewy24.pl/przedpłata/

d) The sum of a prepayment is indivisible. A prepayment can be used only when it is equal to the price of merchandise.
You have to know the password and the transaction’s number to use the prepayment.
e) The prepayment can be transferred automatically to the indicated seller, the intervention of the client is unnecessary, if it is agreeable with additional settlements of the Seller and the Service.


f) If client’s prepayment is not used within 30 days since its appearance on the account of the service, it is returned to the Client after deducting the costs of returning.

g) The return cost of prepayment made by money transfer comes to 2,00 zlotys. In case of prepayment made by the transmittance, the price of the transmittance ( according to the schedule of Polish Post), sent on the Client’s address is added to the total cost of returning. In case of the prepayment made by credit card, the cost of returning amounts to 2,9 per cent of total prepayment.

9. The PRZELEWY24 service does not keep and does not provide access to Clients’ personal data. Clients’ data contained in the history of the service’s accounts, after a payment by a transfer are used only in case of the money return or a complaint.

10. The PRZELEWY24 service factoring in a payments’ transfer through service’s accounts do not allow Clients to validate interest from the payments temporary placed on service’s accounts.

11. The Complaints are accepted in written form, and should be sent to serwis@przelewy24.pl and should contain the following data: email address, number of transaction, the amount of transaction, the name of the account user, date of the transaction, name of the bank with the account where the Client’s payment should be sent ( in case of a payment made by a credit cart- the name of the card)

12. Only a major, who has the ability to civil and law activities, transactor or a company, which has legal personality

13. People who pay using the PRZELEWY 24 service agree to process their personal details by DIALCOM 24 3 Nagórskiego Street, 60- 408 Poznań in purposes connected with the activity of the service. DialCom24 is the administrator of these personal details according to the Act of Personal Details Protection.
