Do you service foreign payment cards?

Foreign cards are serviced just like Polish ones. The type of card matters, not the country where it has been issued. Using foreign cards is possible after sending a declaration concerning using cards in Przelewy24 service.

How can I pay having neither credit card nor bank account available via the Internet?

In such a situation you need to make a prepayment in advance and use it at the moment of paying for the purchased goods or services. The Seller must go through the payment process and from the payment method list select option "Create prepayment". Prepayment number (transaction number) must be entered as transfer title (order), when the prepayment is passed to the selected Service account. The money may be transferred Service account to create prepayment in any way you find convenient: by means of Internet transfer, traditional transfer, telephone order, through WAP function, traditional payment in a bank or post office. You must make sure that the prepayment amount must be equal to the planned purchase price and the title contain transaction number. The transaction number, password and mandatory prepayment amount are also available from the Service during payment for selected goods (service).

What should I do to create a pre-payment ASAP?

The Service accounts in banks serviced by Przelewy 24 are checked at least once an hour or even more frequently. When your payment reaches Service account it is detected no later than one hour following that moment. Consequently, if you have an account in one of the banks serviced by the Service you may create a prepayment by means of an internal (immediate) transfer. Similarly, you may pay in cash for your prepayment in a branch of such a bank. Then, no later than one hour following you may use your prepayment to make payment.

What happens to payments made after the allocated service time is over or when it is wrongly describ

When the payment is made correctly but after the service allocated time is over, the Service creates a Prepayment. It can be used for repeating the purchase payment. This is why it is essential to remember the transaction number and password during payment processing. If the payment amount differs from the purchase amount, the Service will make prepayment out of this payment too. If the Service cannot recognize the payment made by transfer (or prepayment) due to an error in the title (transaction number), the prepayment may be created automatically but the Customer intervention is required. When the Customer does not intervene, the Service staff will send payment back after 7 days following the payment moment, deducting the handling costs. Similarly, not used prepayments shall be returned (see Rules).

Various messages appear following payment with a credit card.

If during payment procedure you see the screen with error, it will mean that your transfer has failed. As a result the money has not been sent to your account. It may happen that while checking balance on your account you will see that the transfer amount has already been blocked by PolCard. This is, however, a temporary blockade and the money will be unblocked at the end of the day when PolCard verifies this particular day payments.

Error (err56) appears Chile trying to pay with a credit card.

Unfortunately PolCard does not accept all types of payment cards in its Internet transactions. Especially, in the case of payments with VISA ELECTRON -type cards which are not permissible, with some exceptions, in the Internet. It is independent from us and in such situations please use one of accepted cards (if you have access to them):

  • Visa Classic (with raised numbers)
  • Visa Electron (exclusively from Inteligo, Milenium account)
  • EuroCard/MasterCard
  • Diners Club PolCard
  • PBK
  • JCB
How to divide the prepayment amount?

If you want to pay with Przelewy24.pl, but the amount of your prepayment is higher than the one you need to process the specific transaction, you may divide the prepayment into two smaller ones. In order to do it, you should select link Prepayments from the upper menu, and then in "Check prepayment" form enter your prepayment data. If this specific prepayment has "To be used" status, below the check result you will find "Divide transaction amount step 1/3". In the form field enter the amount you want to obtain as a result. After the amount of a new prepayment has been accepted, two new prepayments will be created; one amounting to the figure you hale entered into the form, the other will be the difference between the original figure and the new one. You will receive new numbers and passwords for a new transaction - remember them. At that moment, the status of both original transactions is changing to "Used" and you will not be able to use them.

How to combine two pre-payment amounts?

If for a specific transaction you need an bigger amount than the transaction amount made by you, it is possible to combine the amount of this transaction with another one. What you need is selecting link Pre-payments from the upper menu followed by entering your prepayment data to "Check prepayment" form. If the specific prepayment has "To be used" status, below the check result you will find form "Combine this prepayment with another one step 1/3". Enter your second prepayment attributes into the form fields. After the amount of a new prepayment has been accepted, a new prepayment being the combination of both prepayment will be created. You will receive new numbers and passwords for a new transaction - remember them. At that moment, the status of both original transactions is changing to "Used" and you will not be able to use them.

When can I use on-line transfers?

An access to payments from a specific bank is granted only when this bank services immediate transfers. Unfortunately not all banks offer this function for 24 hours, 7 days a week. As a result, when the possibility of immediate transfer is unavailable, this particular bank is blocked.
