Regulations

1. Przelewy24 service is the property of DialCom24 Ltd., ul. Kanclerska 15, 60-327 Poznań, tel. (61)847-52-64, fax: (61)847-08-38, WWW: www.przelewy24.pl, e-mail: serwis@przelewy24.pl. All bank accounts of Przelewy24 service belong to this company. All remarks and complaints should be sent to the aforementioned phone numbers and addresses.

2. Przelewy24 service ("the Service") is an Internet intermediary service used for transferring payments from Customers to Sellers. The Service offers various methods of payment to Customers, collects Customers' payments to its accounts, confirms to Seller that the payment has been effective and transfers the payment to the Seller's account.

3. Each payment initiated in Przelewy24 Service obtains a unique transaction number and a password generated by the Service. The Customer should save that number and password to check the status of this payment, payment through prepayment generated from this payment as well as payment complaint.

4. Each remittance transferred to one of the bank accounts owned by DIALCOM24 company is dedicated to implementation of this particular transaction whose number was entered as this payment title. In the case of quoting a wrong transaction number, DIALCOM24 company is not made liable for the purpose the transferred money will be used for.

5. The Customer has 15 minutes for making payment with the Service. During this period the Service awaits confirmation of transfer effectiveness. Having received the confirmation, the Service informs the Customer and the Seller's shop about correct payment processing.

6. If Przelewy24 Service does not receive the payment confirmation during 15 minutes, the Customer is informed about exceeding the confirmation expectation time, while the Seller's shop shall be informed about a wrong payment.

7. Przelewy24 assures payment confirmation in the Service for:

a) for payments with payment cards or electronic wallet - operators' servers processing these payments, co-operating with Przelewy24 Service.
b) for money transfers - bank programs for transfer automation or their own programs for service bank account history control.

8. Pre-payments

a) The Customer may pay in the Service by means of a pre-payment created in a selected shop. For this purpose, having selected the commodity (service) he must remember the transaction number and password indicated at the payment site of the Service. Then, he should pay in the necessary amount in any way He finds convenient to any accounts belonging to Przelewy24 service, quoting, as a payment title, the transaction number.
b) The Service may automatically create a pre-payment from payments made by the Customer, if the confirmation this payment successful processing has reached the Service after the expectation time. The Customer may thus use this pre-payment for payment repeating the purchase. If such a pre-payment is not generated in the Service within 2 hours following the payment onset time in the Service, the transaction should be reported to the Service operators.
c) Payments at Post Offices are processed within up to 3 working days.
d) A pre-payment may be used by the Customer for payment only if the prepayment amount equals the purchase amount. The use of pre-payment as a form of payment requires knowledge of number transaction and its password.
e) The pre-payment status may be checked on Service website: https://secure.przelewy24.pl/przedplata
f) A pre-payment may be automatically transferred to a specified Seller, without Customer's intervention, if it is in line with extra arrangements made between the Seller and the Service.
g) Any Customer's prepayment not used within 30 days following its appearance on the service bank account is returned to the Customer after the return cost deduction. The Customer may apply for the immediate return of his pre-payment.
h) The cost of pre-payment created with a transfer amounts to PLN 2.- (two zloty). In the case of a pre-payment made by the Customer by means of a postal money order, the cost of the return increases by the postal money order fee depending on the Customer's postal address in accordance with the Polish Post service price list. In the case of pre-payment made by Customer's payment card, the return cost amounts to 2.9 % of the pre-payment amount. In the case of pre-payment return to an account located outside the territory of Poland, the return cost is paid by the recipient.

9. Making payment by means of a bank transfer using BankBrowser application, the Customer immediately triggers his order processing. This is why the Customer accepts and declares that the transfer he has made is final and binding. The cancellation or change of this transfer by the Customer without notifying DialCom24 company will be treated as an attempt of premeditated stealing of commodities (service) without intention to pay for them and reported to the police, while the Customer shall be made liable for such action and will have to pay compensation to Dialcom24 company or to the Sellers.

10. Przelewy24 Service does not disclose identification data of its Customers (i.e., personal, address, company data) stored in the Service. This data shall be used solely in the case of making complaints or returns and only to implement such operations.

11. Przelewy24 Service acts as an agent in the field of customers' payments transfers through the service accounts; this does not entitle Customers to claim any interest rates related to payments temporarily placed on Service accounts.

12. Complaints regarding transactions are accepted in writing, at the following e-mail address: serwis@przelewy24.pl; they should include: Customer's e-mail address, Transaction number, Transaction amount, surname and first name of the bank account holder (payment card), Transaction date and bank name where Customer's payment has been directed (in the case of payment by card, the name of the card).
After 90 days following the transaction commencement (pre-payment) the Przelewy24 service staff has the right to decline any complaint related to that transaction.

13. Only persons over 18 years of age, with capability to civil legal actions or a business entity or a company being a legal entity may be a customer of the Service.

14. Persons using Przelewy24 Service to process their payments do agree to process their personal data through DialCom24 sp. z o.o. [Ltd], ul. Kanclerska 15, 60-327 Poznań solely within the scope of the Service operations. A personal data administrator, in accordance with the provisions of Law of 29 August 1997 on personal data protection (Journal of Laws No 133, item. 883) jest DialCom24.
Persons processing payments through Przelewy24 service do agree to obtain transaction confirmation in a form of an e-mail; Przelewy24 solely decides about its content.
