Having been registered, each Seller may follow changes in his/her account, all payments from Customers, as well as return transfers fro the service account to his/Her account by means of an Administration Panel.

There are also other options available: e.g., order to transfer money from account in Przelewy24 Service to the Seller's account, change of password etc.

The Customer's Money transferred to the Service account may be immediately transferred from the Service account to the Seller account. If they are accounts from the same bank, the Seller will receive it immediately. If they are in two different banks - the Seller receives it after the time necessary to transfer it between banks. The Customer's money transferred by means of a payment card may be transferred to the Seller immediately after it has come from Polcard to the Service account. The Seller decides through the administrative panel if he/she demands immediate transfers after the payment appears on the Service account, or the transfer is to be processed only after summarising payments after they exceed a specified amount. However, if the total amount of payments made by Customers exceeds PLN1,000 , the transfer to the Seller will be passed automatically.

Foreign cards are serviced just like Polish ones. The type of card matters, not the country where it has been issued. Using foreign cards is possible after sending a declaration concerning using cards in Przelewy24 service.

In such a situation you need to make a prepayment in advance and use it at the moment of paying for the purchased goods or services. The Seller must go through the payment process and from the payment method list select option "Create prepayment". Prepayment number (transaction number) must be entered as transfer title (order), when the prepayment is passed to the selected Service account. The money may be transferred Service account to create prepayment in any way you find convenient: by means of Internet transfer, traditional transfer, telephone order, through WAP function, traditional payment in a bank or post office. You must make sure that the prepayment amount must be equal to the planned purchase price and the title contain transaction number. The transaction number, password and mandatory prepayment amount are also available from the Service during payment for selected goods (service).
